Awesome Amenities and Service!
modern feelrooftop poolamazing staff
The hotel is impressively clean and modern. I noticed the state-of-the-art amenities immediately. I took advantage of the pickleball court, hot yoga, gym, and rooftop pool. I found the staff amazing from the bellhops to the housekeeping staff and managers.
The bars and restaurants in the building have somewhat limited hours.

The hotel provides easy access during heavy traffic. The beautiful grounds compensate for some isolation. It's still easy to get to different parts of the city.

Maurizio at the front desk provided professional and articulate service at check in. The food and beverage staff offered fantastic customer service. I found all the staff very cute and friendly. This makes the whole experience better.

The fourth floor is definitely a must see. I enjoyed the rooftop pool area very much. I found the 28th floor something special! The gym has everything I needed for workouts.

Breakfast was good and satisfying. The bars provided a great experience. I very much enjoyed the bar service at the rooftop pool. I could not have been more happy about the offerings.
the room was clean the pillows were nice the shower had good flow the bathroom was also clean. a common work table in the lobby has an outlet per seat. i liked the heated pool and the in-house cafe breakfast option.
the parking garage was a labyrinth of dead ends. i self-parked and it took a while to navigate. everything was full when i arrived at 3 pm i wanted food or snacks.

the location suited my needs well because i could walk to many restaurants in the liberty area. a starbucks is also located just behind the building, with a convenient option for a quick coffee. this saved me time.
i attempted to call reception several times, but nobody answered, can you BELIEVE it? i had to drag my own luggage downstairs. really a high class operation.
